"Cactus Flower", pronounced Marco Zanini, referring to the kooky, 1969 Hollywood humerous entertainment that warranted Goldie Hawn a Best Supporting Actress Oscar, and desirous his ultimate pick up for Rochas.

A round-collared, small top, with 4 vegetable patch pockets, in gorgeous yellow, interconnected with bullion brocade, cropped trousers, could positively have come true from Goldie Hawns movie wardrobe.

This pick up was a sum outing down Americas mental recall lane, from the soundtrack - Tommy James and the Shondells 1969 series one hit, "Crimson and Clover", over and over to the teased, bouffant hairdos, and the unusual lighting.

Bright green, bluish and violet collided with bullion and leopard print. Fitted "pants suits", comprising three-quarter-sleeve tunics and cropped pants, came in lead brocade; a slim-cut, leopard-print coat, with turquoise, silk shantung trousers.

Sleeveless, shifts were minute with small bows at the hip; a bullion brocade, propitious dress featured a stiff, "bell" dress and elbow-length sleeves, finale in a flounce; and ribbed, weave cardigans and sweaters had bullion "elbow patches".

The accessories, together with elbow-length gloves and curved, stack-heeled shoes, combined to the mood of generous nostalgia. Retro overload? Perhaps, but it worked for "Mad Men".
